All Managers (head coaches) and assistant coaches are required to submit clearances to the league.  The clearances can be obtained from the following websites.  Refer to each website for the processing time and complete the clearances as soon as possible so that you can be considered for a coaching role.

Once you have your clearances complete, you can upload them to our website using the following steps.

1. Log in to vearbutus.com with your parent account.
2. Click the icon on icon on the top right that looks like a person and select Account.  
   
   
3. On your account page, click the VOLUNTEER button on the left.
   
   
4. If you signed up for a coaching position during registration, click Details near the coaching role.    If you did not yet sign up for a coaching role, select "FIND VOLUNTEER ROLES" and sign up for a coaching position. Note that ANYONE in the dugout is considered a coach.    You should sign up for a volunteer role as ASSISTANT COACH and upload your clearances.
   
5. Scroll down to Position Documents & Forms and upload a copy of your clearance.
